Q Are there standard times for walks /min number of walks, days of the week?

A  Currently we offer walks Monday to Friday, with several morning and afternoon time-slots.

Q How do I become a new client?

Get in touch via our contact us page, we’ll organise a chat on the phone, find out all about your dog/s, send you an application form, then set up a meet and greet.

Q How much are the various services?

A Drop us a line via our contact us page and we’ll send you an up-to-date price list.

A Do you have insurance?

Q We have full public liability insurance.

Q Can you explain when my dog will be on and off leash?

A  All dogs are on lead from their front door, while in the van and on entry to the park. In off lead areas of the park, every new dog will start their first walk with Dogster on a long line, until they are reliably coming when called and we’ve judged they are ready to be off-lead.

Q What are Dogster’s geographical boundaries - where you will and will not pick up from?

A At present we service the following Eastern Suburbs of Sydney: Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Bronte, Centennial Park, Clovelly, Darling Point, Double Bay, Dover Heights, Edgecliff, Elizabeth Bay, Paddington, Point Piper, Potts Point, Queens Park, Rose Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Tamarama, Vaucluse, Watson's Bay, Waverley & Woollahra. Check with us if you are on a boundary and unsure. In the future we’re looking to expand to other areas of Sydney.

Q Do you do individual dog walking?

A Because of our tailored approach to matching dogs with other dogs, we find most dogs are able to join a small group. However, if we determine together that private walks/training is best for your dog we will connect you with a trusted private walker.

Q My puppy hasn’t had all her vaccinations yet, so can’t go on a group walk. Do you do puppy visits?

A Yes based on availability, we can come to your house to provide socialisation, basic training and toilet breaks.
